Inviting people

Go to Settings → Invites → New code. Each code has:

• a role: Employee, Manager, HR or Admin. Only owners and admins can invite admins.
• a department and site, applied to everyone who joins with it (optional)
• Max uses: leave empty for unlimited
• Expires: 1–90 days, or never

Codes are 8 characters and skip the look-alike characters 0/O and 1/I/L, for example K7MX-Q2PA. Share the code, its QR, or the link …/join/K7MX2QPA.

Joining

People can join in any of these ways:

• open the link or scan the QR
• enter the code on the home page
• enter it on the /join page

Someone without an account creates one first and then joins in the same flow.

You can Revoke a code at any time. People who already joined stay in the company.
